I just got into artisan sourdough baking a week or so before the holidays. Using Chad Robertson's "Tartine Bread" book as a guide, I crafted the Country Bread recipe into loaves that looked and tasted so good, they became much-appreciated holiday gifts for friends and family. In order to make this type of bread required several new tools.Although I'd heard of baking parchment, I'd never used it before. With this sourdough bread recipe and technique, using parchment to transfer the dough into the 500 degree Dutch Oven, then bake it on the parchment, then take it out of the Dutch Oven when it's done, makes this step of the process so much easier. So far, each sheet hast been good for about three baking cycles before the paper begins to tear when lifting the loaf from the hot Dutch Oven. So one of these packages should last for about 90 loaves.Si me encantoSmall number of sheets that are folded multiple times, rendering them almost as annoying to use as the tightly rolled parchment paper. Additionally, there is nothing “pop-up” about them. The sheets are tightly packed in a box that requires them to slide out - sometimes one and sometimes several which means you need to stuff the extras back in. Not worth my time and money since there is no advantage to this package over the rolled stuff that drives me crazy.air fryer less messVery convenient. When you try to use the rolled parchment paper, there’s no easy way to fit the baking pan( breads), and there seems to be a lot of waste. These fit perfect in the bread pan. Love them.I like itThese are perfect! So easy to remove, one by one, without making a mess out of the box and no tearing the paper! And if that's not enough, they work perfectly! Great product!!They fit my baking sheet and preformed well when used.
