I have heard/read that most of today's clothing and such (including bedding) has materials such as recycled plastics or whatever in them, that are not conducive to body energy and actually can disrupt our body's healing process, especially when we sleep - which is where we do the most healing. It also helps the skin retain its natural pH balance and helps soften and take care of your skin while you sleep! It's twice as durable as cotton, too and is environmentally-friendly!! Anywhere else I looked, linen sheets were through the roof expensive! This was the best deal I found! I honestly thought they were going to feel scratchy, but boy was I pleasantly surprised! They felt really luxurious when I climbed into bed! And, they soften even more each time you wash them!!! What's NOT to love about linen sheets?!!! Get some!!!
