They did say 100% refund!My biggest concern was pilling and so after washing it three times, they were NO pilling. I found these sheets where deep enough to fit my mattress even with a pillow top. For the value, this mircofiber sheets feels like a higher thread count sheet, I found my sleeping has improved due to not waking up in sweat.
